Krystal O’Toole – Director/Licensed Conveyancer

Krystal has worked in the legal industry for the last 17 years.

Krystal has a high attention to detail and enjoys assisting first home buyers through the process of buying their first home, giving them the time and attention they need to feel comfortable with the process.

Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending time with her family and her 4 cats, reading trashy vampire novels and having a vodka with her friends at the pub.

Krystal is also a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.

Rebecca Mollica – Conveyancing Clerk

Rebecca has been a part of our team as a Conveyancing Clerk for almost 4 years.

Within that time, she has grown the skills to assist with running a Purchase, Sale & Transfer file from the very beginning all the way up until settlement. She has enjoyed building large rapports with many clients & Mortgage Brokers/Real Estate Agents within the industry. Her high attention to detail and thorough organisation skills balance out the energetic and crazy side that she has to complete various tasks within the office.

Being able to solve problems by liaising with all parties, as well as notifying clients with the exciting news that they are able to collect the keys to their new home is what is most rewarding to Rebecca.

Rebecca is hoping to up-skill by undertaking the Diploma of Conveyancing within the year with hopes to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

Outside of work, Rebecca loves spending time with her big family and going out with friends. Animals and pets are also a soft spot for Rebecca, she currently owns a tiny ginger & white kitten named Winnie and has sponsored Happi from the Orangutan Project. She loves to cook, read and spend time outdoors. Having fun and enjoying life with those around her are a couple of things she highly values.
